Najmi is a graduate of University Teknology Malaysia and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. He has always been business-minded and was involved in various small ventures during university days, such as car rental and selling clothes and bags online. Upon graduation in 2012, Najmi started his venture in Affiliate Junction (AJ) full-time and never looked back. He has never worked for anyone but himself. Being a dedicated leader in AJ, he has contributed to nurturing more than 6,000 entrepreneurs in Malaysia and Indonesia to date.

Over the years, he has achieved significant achievements in AJ, such as Umrah Challenge 2014, Istanbul Challenge 2015 and Annual Top 10 Regional Sales 2015 & 2016, to name a few. Today, he is an accomplished speaker and trainer in AJ and continues his contributions to guide aspiring leaders achieve more than him.
