Dato’ Teo holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the University of Technology, Malaysia. Despite pursuing a different route, he possesses excellent leadership and management skills, bearing witness to his triumphs.

Anson Heng is a technology executive with over 18 years of leadership experience in IT security, digital transformation, enterprise solutions, and financial technology. He has successfully led enterprise IT transformations, AI-driven innovations, and fintech regulatory integrations, driving corporate growth and digital evolution across global markets.
He has held senior management roles in publicly listed and multinational companies, developing secure digital ecosystems, optimizing financial processes, and advancing AI-driven commerce strategies. As Chief Operating Officer at a leading Malaysian e-commerce company, he implemented AI-powered operational strategies and expanded digital commerce, enhancing customer experience, streamlining operations, and boosting revenue through data-driven marketing. At Citibank Malaysia’s headquarters, he led regional and global IT initiatives, overseeing payment gateways, compliance frameworks, and business process transformations. His strategic oversight extended to subsidiaries in technology, live-streaming, e-commerce, F&B, and health-tech, driving international expansion into markets including Australia, the U.S., China, Singapore, South Korea, India, and Kazakhstan.
Beyond IT, he is a Certified ISO Internal Auditor and has successfully implemented ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards, ensuring high operational efficiency and cybersecurity resilience.

He holds a Bachelor’s (Hons) degree in IT Business with a Minor in Management from Middlesex University, London. His strategic vision and technological expertise continue to drive innovation in the digital business landscape.

Derrick De Souza has over 17 years of experience consulting businesses in various capacities, from corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, valuations, and strategic planning, to accounting, taxation, auditing, and financial advisory. His experience spans across prominent markets in Singapore, Malaysia, London, Korea, Hong Kong, and Australia, advising businesses on inbound Australian investments as well as outbound off-shore business investments for Australian companies.

Between the year 2006 to the year 2013, Derrick held the position of a Managing Partner in a mid-tier Accounting practice in Sydney. He currently holds a non-executive director position at Timah Resources Limited (ASX code: TML), Actcelerate Investment Group Ltd (NSX code: AIG), and several private companies in Australia. Derrick is a Registered Tax Agent with the Australian Tax Agents Board and also holds a New South Wales Real Estate Licence.

Derrick De Souza has a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Singapore (1976) and has successfully completed the Executive Development Year program run jointly by the Institute of Corporate Managers, Secretaries and Administrators, and the University of New South Wales (1989).

He completed a Post Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning) endorsed by the financial planning and wealth management industry in Australia, and a 2-year postgraduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment at the Securities Institute of Australia accredited by the Australian financial industry. Derrick is an associate member of CPA Australia.

Steven has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and cross border transactions with ASX companies. He was also previously the Chief Executive Officer of an ASX listed mining company Anchor Resources Ltd (ASX:AHR).

As a practicing lawyer he has worked for Norton Rose Fulbright in Beijing and Melbourne, Deacons and Maddocks Lawyers in Melbourne.

Dato’ Victor Hoo is a board member, venture capitalist, investor, corporate advisor, and a senior management executive with more than 20 years of experience working across continents (Asia, Australia, Europe, UK, and US), managing portfolios across diverse industries such as information technology (IT), finance, education, and real estate.

As the Executive Chairman of VCI Global Limited, Dato' Victor has been actively involved in a myriad of capital market and technology-improvement-related deals. His credentials include advisory roles in real estate, human capital management, hospitality, education, cleantech, fintech, and robotics companies. Dato' Victor Hoo is currently managing a portfolio encompassing over 40 Malaysian public listed companies with a combined market capitalization of approximately USD $13 billion.

Dato' Victor graduated from the University of Queensland, Australia with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Japanese in 2002. Subsequently, he obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Laws (Commercial and Corporate Law) and a Certificate in Laws (Banking and Finance Law) from the University of London in 2010.
